Kristin Meyer has officially started her new position at AquaGen as the Director of Supply Chain Security.
Knut Røflo, CEO of AquaGen, explained that with Meyer they will now have a better service for their customers. "To deliver what they need when they need it is a promise we make to our customers. When we now, through our appointment of a Director for Supply Security, expand the management team with special expertise in supply chain management, we are well equipped for an even more holistic approach to our planning work around the needs and supply of our products."
Meyer possesses the education and experience required for a role of this magnitude. In education, she holds a degree in Food Technology from the University of Sør-Trøndelag and a degree in Supply Chain Management from the BI Norwegian Business School and Cranfield University. On the other hand, about her professional experience, she boasts extensive expertise in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) within the food production sector.
Specifically, over the past two decades, she has been employed at TINE SA, most recently serving as the head of the department responsible for the supply and utilization of all milk in Norway. Meyer's substantial experience will contribute to enhancing the professionalism of the company's supply chain planning and security.
