Basque business merger for better aquaculture refrigeration systems supply

The Basque engineering companies Hoztu, Frigolan, and Euskan have joined forces to provide better refrigeration systems for industrial use at sea and on land to transfer and handle fish in the aquaculture and fisheries sector.

Through Kuari, as this synergy has been named, a more robust and comprehensive service will be offered, achieving optimization and integration of resources from a local perspective with a strong desire to expand.

Through a joint statement, the three companies have expressed their intention to "strengthen their presence in the food, marine, and aquaculture markets using natural refrigerants and sustainable technologies."

Thanks to 35 years of experience, this new company will design solutions using natural refrigerants such as NH3 and CO2, or low-impact refrigerants like A2L, which minimize environmental impact.

Regarding operations and orders, Kuari confirmed that there will be no significant changes. "We will continue to offer you the same quality service to which you are accustomed."
