The Norwegian investment company Coral HoldCo AS is set to take control of Atlantic Sapphire ASA and reorganize its financial position, according to a statement published on Atlantic Sapphire's Investor Relations website.

Following a transfer completed on 26 June, Coral HoldCo came to own 22,799,132 shares in Atlantic Sapphire. As it gained control of more than 63% of Atlantic Sapphire, it was expected to make an offer for the remaining shares in the company.

In this process, Coral HoldCo AS acts as the acquiring vehicle within the financial restructuring of the Norwegian company. Likewise, this agreement resulted in the company's delisting from the Euronext Oslo Børs stock exchange, as it continues efforts to stabilise its financial position.

On 30 July 2026, the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority (NFSA) approved the offer documentation and requested an independent third party to assess whether the terms of the offer were fair.

Following this request, financial firm Pareto Securities carried out the assessment and concluded that the offer is fair from a financial perspective.

As the price and terms of the offer were considered acceptable, the Atlantic Sapphire Board of Directors has unanimously recommended accepting the offer.

In its latest first-quarter operational update, Atlantic Sapphire reported a harvest of 1,504 tonnes HOG (head-on gutted weight), compared with 1,183 tonnes recorded in the fourth quarter of 2025.
