Corbion has hired Coen Esser as its new Global Business Director, Animal Nutrition for Corbion Health & Nutrition. Esser has more than 15 years of global B2B experience and through Corbion Health & Nutrition's portfolio of algae-based ingredients will search for sustainability and innovation.
Before, the new Global Business Director was the managing director and co-owner of Control Union Vessel Performance Centre. In this position, he offered compliance and performance solutions for shipowners, charterers, and fleet managers.
Moreover, he held several roles in leadership, sales, marketing, and business development at Royal Peterson and Control Union and DSM.
Regarding this new challenge, Esser published in his LinkedIn profile: "Corbion's strong focus on purpose-driven innovation and a robust sustainability agenda resonates deeply with my experience in sustainable agriculture. Contributing to keeping our oceans healthy, makes this even more relevant for me."
