Both have already started in their new roles.
The Norwegian aquaculture and salmon industry company Mainstay AS has appointed Constanza Fontaine Correa as CEO for LATAM and Marco Anguita Ovando as Sales Manager to strengthen its presence in the region.
The new CEO has held commercial and operational roles at companies such as Ace Aquatec, ScaleAQ, Badinotti Group, and AKVA Group Chile. Meanwhile, Ovando has commercial and technical experience at companies including Oxiquim, Bionova, and Mowi.

Among its most recent activities, Mainstay AS has focused on improving its technological platform for underwater net cleaning, AI-based inspection, and the implementation of robotic solutions for aquaculture.
In addition, the company has introduced equipment upgrades and new systems designed to enhance operational efficiency in aquaculture facilities.
