Torill Moseng has decided to terminate her employment at the Norwegian Veterinary Institute with immediate effect. She has been CEO of the Norwegian Veterinary Institute since 1 October 2021.

"I have chosen to terminate the working relationship, as there has been too much distance about what strategic direction the Veterinary Institute should have in the future. Now I look forward to the long-awaited days off and then new exciting tasks," said Torill Moseng in her social media profiles.

On the other hand, The Norwegian Veterinary Institute Board published: "We would like to thank Torill Moseng for the work that has been carried out and wish her the best of luck with new exciting and challenging tasks."

Moseng was also President of The Veterinary Association, which is independent of party politics in Norway, and a representative and member board at the Federation of Veterinarians of Europe (FVE).
