Handy Seafood, a company specializing in prepared seafood products, has announced the appointment of Doug Santschi as its new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to drive and support commercial initiatives aimed at accelerating the company's growth.
The new CCO brings two decades of experience in multi-channel business unit leadership within the consumer goods industry. He has worked across areas including profit and loss (P&L) management, business strategy, brand development, supply chain optimization, pricing, sales, and innovation.

Previously, he held various leadership positions at Tyson Foods, where he led multi-billion-dollar business units within the Prepared Foods division. Also, Santschi worked at AdvancePierre Foods, which was later acquired by Tyson Foods, and held various brand management positions at H.J. Heinz Company.
