Cedric van den Bossche becomes Vice President of BioMar Asia division

BioMar has appointed Cedric van den Bossche as Vice President for the Asia division, which includes Vietnam and China business units. He has at least 15 years of experience building up businesses for ADM and NEOVIA in China, Indonesia, and India.

The aquaculture feeds company indicated that the new Vice President will be established in China and focus on the product portfolio and the strategies for the Asian markets. Also, he will supervise new opportunities for developing BioMar across the continent.

"I am truly happy to welcome Cedric as a part of our executive management. There is huge potential for further growth in Asia and I am sure he is bringing both the right entrepreneurial spirit and the solid management experience we need to accelerate the further growth in the region", said BioMar Group CEO Carlos Diaz.

Biomar confirmed that Cedric van den Bossche is succeeding Francois Loubere, who is retiring after more than 30 years in the company.

"I would like to take this opportunity to thank Francois for his enormous contribution to BioMar during his career. He has been instrumental in managing and developing many markets around the world, and I wish him all the best in this new stage of his life."
