MAT-KULING AS
Norwegian aquaculture systems provider MAT-KULING has signed an agreement with NAQUA (National Aquaculture Group), one of the world’s largest integrated aquaculture operations, located on the Red Sea coast, south of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
This project involves the development and delivery of a next-generation hatchery for barramundi, designed to be more sustainable and to support increased production capacity.

The agreement was signed by Dr. Dusan Munjin, Chief Aquaculture Officer at NAQUA, along with Mr. Taner Bilgic, General Manager and CTO, and Mr. Bjørn Dørum, Chairman of the Board at MAT-KULING.
In addition, Marianne Sivertsen Næss, Norway’s Minister of Fisheries and Ocean Policy, and Mr. Johan Christopher Vibe, Norwegian Ambassador to Spain, attended the ceremony.
MAT-KULING is a Norwegian company designing and trading RAS equipment for the land-based fish farming of sea and freshwater aquaculture farms.
Its equipment, which includes MEP – Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing components from EU and USA, is eligible to support the complete life cycle of all aquatic farm animals from larval hatcheries to grow-out tank RAS filtration systems.
MAT-KULING's filtration equipment for aquaculture has been tested and approved for fish farms. Furthermore, our factory follows strict ISO, CE, UL standards, and we test all of our products to HACCP specifications.
