Profand-owned Stavis Seafood changes CFO

After 40 years with Stavis Seafoods, Mary Fleming will be stepping down as CFO next June 28.

Stavis Seafoods has named Mark Emmith its new CFO. Mary Fleming will be stepping down from this role next June 28. She has been linked to the company during 40 years.

First, she started in the accounting office and then she move through importing, accounting, and sales departments. Then, in 1993, Mary Fleming occupied the Sales Manager position till late 2002. Finally, she was appointed CFO and served for the past 22 years.

On the other hand, Emmith has CFO experience across diverse industries, including manufacturing, insurance, and food and beverage. He has specialized in mergers and acquisitions and accounting, finance management, and operations management.

Stavis Seafoods has thanked Mary Fleming for "her decades of exemplary service, unwavering dedication, and invaluable contributions. The company extends its best wishes to Mary as she embarks on her next chapter."
