High Liner Foods Incorporated has launched a new portfolio of fully cooked fish products within its Foodservice division. The slogan associated with this new offering is Do Seafood Fearlessly, aiming to make things easier for operators and distributors.

These products will be marketed as easy to prepare, with reliable quality, consistency, odorless, and easy to heat, all at a competitive price. Additionally, all products are MSC™ certified, wild-caught, and high in protein.

"Our new line of responsibly sourced, fully cooked products opens up the opportunity for operators and distributors to offer consumers more of what they are looking for on their menus – new, elevated and high in protein offerings that are quick, easy and done perfectly every time," said Chief Commercial Officer Anthony Rasetta.

High Liner Foods states that, according to a survey targeting convenience store and seafood consumers, 51% of consumers would go out of their way to try new seafood options, and 58% would consider ordering menu items such as shrimp, whitefish, or salmon.

In June 2025, the Canadian frozen seafood processing and marketing company announced the signing of a purchase agreement to acquire the Mrs. Paul’s and Van de Kamp’s breaded and battered frozen fish product brands, positioning it to expand in the U.S. retail market.

Furthermore, Former VP Finance and Investor Relations, Kimberly Stephens, was appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer, replacing Darryl Bergman, who joined High Liner as CFO in July 2024.
