Skretting Ecuador has just launched its comprehensive aquaculture support program, Skretting 360+, which aims to improve productivity and sustainability in shrimp production by combining advanced technology with effective resource management.

This technical center, which will provide comprehensive technical support to shrimp producers, is located in Durán, in the Guayas province, just east of Guayaquil, the largest city in the country.

The services offered include specialized technical assistance for aquaculture equipment, electronic component repair and equipment maintenance, training sessions, safe working conditions for technical staff, and on-site inventory.

In addition, Skretting’s field technical teams will participate in Skretting 360+, providing specialized advice on nutrition, production, health, and automated feeding systems.

The goal of all this is to help shrimp producers in the area increase their productivity and profitability, achieve proactive management through real-time monitoring, and ultimately make decisions that reduce production risks.

"This is a physical space where shrimp producers can drop by for anything from technical support to spare parts, or a chat with one of our friendly specialists. With this new space, we look forward to working side by side with producers to help build more efficient, resilient, and sustainable operations in Ecuador!" the company stated in a post on its LinkedIn profile.

In 2025, Skretting introduced the new generation of its shrimp feeds, Optiline and Lorica, designed to achieve consistent growth and survival while supporting farm productivity. The company confirmed that this new formulation will be available for the first time in Ecuador.
