Preliminary tests show that NexTrak receivers have a range that is 39% higher than current VR2 receivers. This consequently leads to a sharp increase in the number of valid detections in the field.
The first NexTrak receivers will be available for order later this year. "Over the next decade, NexTrak is going to open up exciting new means and methods of aquatic animal research.
