EuroSea, in collaboration with AVRAMAR (Spain) and MOWI (Ireland), will launch a new website designed to provide valuable information on marine conditions at aquaculture facilities in El Campello, Spain, and Deenish Island, Ireland. To make this innovation more understandable, EuroSea will conduct a series of webinars to promote and familiarize participants with its functionalities.

The website will provide various services, such as real-time updates on extreme wave conditions and water temperature at aquaculture facilities. This valuable information will enable aquaculture operators to make informed decisions to ensure the safety and efficiency of their operations.

Since its foundation, EuroSea has been working to improve the European ocean observing and forecasting system globally. Now, through this collaborative project, it is taking another step forward in its mission, but without effective dissemination, it could remain just another technical innovation. Therefore, it was clear to the institution that one of the indispensable parts of this project was to accompany it with training.

The webinars scheduled for June 30, July 14, and July 28, will be conducted online via Teams. They aim to deliver the required information and will commence at 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. CEST.
