Proximar Seafood has announced that Pål K. Grimsrud has resigned from his position as Chief Financial Officer to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Grimsrud will stay in his current role during the notice period and will support the company during the transition.

“I am grateful for my time at Proximar since early 2019 and am proud of what we have achieved together in establishing a strong foundation for our operations in Japan,” says Mr. Grimsrud.

Proximar CEO, Joachim Nielsen, thanked Mr. Grimsrud for his contributions to the company and wishes him success in his future endeavors.

The company will immediately begin the process of finding a successor for the CFO position.
