The ASC’s Board of Trustees consists of nine members, who are responsible for setting the strategic direction of the ASC, monitoring its progress, and ensuring that the ASC meets its objectives.

The Trustees are unpaid volunteers and are responsible for ensuring that ASC abides by its charitable aims, works within the law, and delivers its mission effectively.

The standard term of appointment as a member of the Board is three years, and no Board member may serve on the Board for more than two terms. The Chair and Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees are elected for a term of two years and may serve up to two terms.
