Badinotti Group has announced the acquisition of Pacific Netting Products (PNP), a company specializing in netting sales and other containment structures based in Seattle, WA, U.S. The company announced that this move was a step in Badinotti Group's vision to become a global company with a solid local presence.

"This acquisition will allow us to strengthen our presence in the North American market and offer even more customized solutions to the needs of our local customers," explained Christian Torres, CEO of Badinotti Group. "Our commitment is based on offering first-class customized products and services, and this acquisition will allow us to leverage our expertise."

This advances the company's long-term vision: to consolidate and strengthen its presence in its target markets. This goal is also compounded by its interest in leading the fish containment structures industry towards a more engineering-focused approach and providing even safer and more advanced solutions.

Leverage business synergies and talent in the U.S. company

Badinotti wants to leverage commercial and knowledge synergies through this agreement. In short, the remit is for both teams to deepen product and engineering development and deliver state-of-the-art containment solutions.

Furthermore, concerning its union,the company will keep existing talent in PNP. Already in the official statement, Badinotti Group committed to ensuring the continuity and development of PNP employees.
