Aqua Nor 2023 is kicking off this year's 3-day trade fair in Trondheim, Norway, which brings together the aquaculture technology industry.

From August 22 to 24, both in person and online, interested individuals can access the world's largest aquaculture technology exhibition, which now spans three days. This change was made by the Board of Trustees of the Nor-Fishing Foundation in response to multiple exhibitor requests.

As a result, all the leading aquaculture countries are represented, whether as exhibitors, attendees, or official delegations.

This edition promises a host of surprises, seminars, and activities

The event will not only feature a variety of seminars on current issues but also much more.

This year's lineup of events features multiple competitions, notably the "Innovation Award 2023." Following the submission of 29 entries for this year's award, the judging panel meticulously reviewed all submissions and selected three finalists for the Innovation Award: Marin X Inc. (Globe Sensor), EVONTA-Technology, and EasyX AS. They will unveil the award recipient at Aqua Nor 2023.

Additionally, there's some entertainment planned, specifically for August 23rd. On this date, Aqua Nor has arranged a casual evening event at Clarion Hotel Trondheim. The primary aim is to socialize with both colleagues and contacts while also having the opportunity to meet new acquaintances.

One more year after a long history of showing the world the aquaculture industry's industrial

Since 1979, Aqua Nor has been an important international meeting place for the aquaculture industry. However, it has lost none of its importance today. Over the past few years, the Aqua Nor exhibition has attracted some 25,000 visitors from up to 76 countries to its halls.

Aquaculture is still thriving, and the industry continues to advance rapidly in various fields. Some of them are breeding, feeding, biomass control, construction and operation of floating cages, nets, safety equipment, wells, fish handling, veterinary medicine, vaccinations, etc. All of them have their place in Aqua Nor 2023.
