Norcod has announced the appointment of Arne Kristian Hoset as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Hoset brings a wealth of financial management experience to the position, including seven years in various positions at EY, and more than six years at the listed international companies Q-Free and Toyota. He will begin his new role in March 2023.

As a result of this appointment, the current CFO, Kia Zadegan, will continue to serve as the company's Chief Operating Officer (COO), a position he was appointed to in November 2022. Prior to the appointment of his successor, Zadegan served as acting CFO.

"We are expanding our management team to support our ambitious growth plans," said Norcod CEO Christian Riber. "We are excited to have found the right candidate in Arne Kristian to help us meet our expectations for the future. He has a great rapport with the current management team and will be a great addition to the organization".

Hoset expressed his enthusiasm for joining Norcod, saying, "I am excited to be a part of a company that is paving the way for a new business area in the seafood industry, with a sustainable and healthy product of the highest quality."
