With his solid expertise, education, and extensive network, he is well equipped to take our marketing efforts in Spain to the next level,” said Børge Grønbech, Director of Global Operations at the Norwegian Seafood Council.

Extensive experience

He has a master’s degree from Australia and more than 20 years of experience in various roles and responsibilities in different seafood companies.

“I have experience and networks both in Norway and internationally. Now, both my family and I look forward to moving to Madrid. Here, I will work to further exploit the potential that Norwegian seafood has in the Spanish market,” said Tore Holvik.

Tore Holvik will take up the position of Country Director for Norwegian Seafood Council in Spain in April and formally take over on August 1st.
