Scottish producer Loch Duart Salmon has presented its smoked salmon range of products for top chefs, restaurants, and any foodie interested. These products are made using only two ingredients: Scottish salmon and pure sea salt, and are available in two varieties – ‘Signature Smoke’ and ‘Double Smoked’.

The traditional method of preparing the ‘Signature Smoke’ involves smoking the product over oak shavings, which complements the salty touch of the salmon. On the other hand, the ‘Double Smoked Salmon’ is first smoked over oak and then over whisky cask shavings, resulting in a more intense flavor.

"Loch Duart's new Signature Smoke and Double Smoked varieties are a premium offering for discerning chefs, restaurants, and food lovers worldwide. Developed in collaboration with master smokers in Scotland, each version is carefully crafted to enhance the natural eating qualities of our fish using just two natural ingredients – our exceptional Loch Duart salmon and pure sea salt," Chris Orr, Sales Director at Loch Duart Salmon, said.

Last year, Loch Duart Salmon celebrated its 25th anniversary. The Scottish company collaborates with BioMar's Blue Impact global brand focused on sustainability and enabling aquaculture producers to lower their carbon emissions, utilise circular and restorative materials, and radically reduce reliance on ingredients from wild fish stocks.
