Shannon Grant holds the position of Vice President of HR at Peter Pan Seafood

Peter Pan Seafood promotes Shannon Grant to vice president of human resources. After joining in March 2021, the company has recognized her work and dedication in contributions such as building robust and dynamic human resources, recruiting, and payroll departments.

According to 2022 data from the International Organization for Women in the Seafood Industry, only 17% of executive and board positions are held by women. Shannon has increased the percentage, contributing to the growing presence of women in the industry.
