Arnesen, one of the best curricula in the industry, is the new CEO of STIM

The Norwegian company STIM has announced a new addition to leading its team: Carl-Erik Arnesen as the new CEO.

STIM has announced a new addition to its team: Carl-Erik Arnesen as the new CEO. Therefore, the new leader of STIM will be responsible for leading various business areas, including vaccine and medication distribution, fish health services, and environmental research, among others.

Jim-Roger Nordly, who, despite resigning as CEO at STIM, still has plans with the company, explained that the new director has incredible skills for the position. "Carl-Erik has a completely unique experience and knowledge, has an enormous work capacity, and knows the company well. When he made it clear that he wanted to take on this challenge, I had no doubts about who would become the new CEO of STIM. It's also reassuring to know that we understand each other and work well together."

One of the few most complete resumes in the industry

These skills are accompanied by extensive experience in the industry and in several renowned companies. He has been involved in the industry since the 80s, starting with Mowi in Norway, Scotland, Ireland, Canada, and Iceland. His professional experience includes research, production, finance, sales, export, and management. In addition to salmon and trout, he has also caught halibut, sea bass, turbot, scallops, and mussels.

Furthermore, Arnesen has worked in the Fishing section of DNB and was CEO of the Firda Seafood group for sixteen years. After this experience, he spent two years as Director of Sales and Marketing at Alsaker Fjordbruk. Before joining the Nordly Group in 2019, he was CEO of Hav Line Gruppen.

Now, he will be responsible for leading STIM while maintaining his connection with Polarfeed through his position as chairman of the board.

He said that it was a good time and spoke about the company's qualities. "Many things are being done right at STIM, and the company has begun to reap the benefits of several successful development projects. The expertise residing in this company is unique in the Norwegian context, and it is primarily in it that we will leverage in the coming years. The ability to see the big picture and work intricately to create added value for customers is STIM's main quality," Arnesen stated.
