Benchmark Genetics has announced it is expanding its commercial representation in the UK, with the promotion of Harry Tziouvas to the role of Commercial Lead UK and Global Land-Based.
Formerly Global Sales and Technical Manager for salmon at Benchmark, Tziouvas is a highly experienced fish health professional.
He previously served as Senior Biologist for the Scottish Salmon Company (now Bakkafrost Scotland), overseeing the company's fish health management across marine and freshwater sites in the North region.
A further welcome addition to the Benchmark commercial team is Alex Kulczyk, who has been recently appointed as Sales and Technical UK Associate, based at Benchmark's offices in Edinburgh, Scotland.

“I am thrilled that Alex has embraced this exciting opportunity to contribute his expertise to Benchmark,” Tziouvas said.
“His background and experience will undoubtedly strengthen our support for Scottish and Irish customers," he added.
Kulcyk was previously Site Manager at broodstock production company AquaGen´s Holywood Breeding Centre, and holds a BSc in Aquaculture and Fisheries Management.
Announcing the appointment in a press release, Benchmark said Kulcyk brings valuable expertise to his new role in leading production sites and in fostering strong customer relations.
