Global aquaculture feed specialist BioMar has announced it has a new Commercial Manager for its business in Chile: Gabriela Heim.

Announcing the appointment, BioMar said that Heim "stands out for her ability to lead commercial teams and develop effective strategies to drive business growth".

It has been a rapid rise for Heim, who joined BioMar Chile as a Key Account Manager in May 2023.

Since then, she played a key role in the commercial team, where her work was characterised by her "outstanding skills and a continuous commitment to the company's high standards of quality, sustainability and innovation," the company said.

Previously, she worked for other companies in the biotech, environment and animal nutrition space, including US-based firms Alltech and Ecolab.
