The leading provider of water treatment solutions, Alumichem, has acquired Northstar Chemical's U.S. division, responsible for distributing chemical and water treatment services on the West Coast.
In addition, Alumichem will have access to Northstar's full truckload and mini-bulk shipments (a form of transportation for bulk products in intermediate volumes), as well as its storage tank loan systems for its customers.

Moreover, Northstar Chemical Executive Vice President and General Manager Matthew Werger said: "Our highly talented staff and specialized equipment will continue to provide world-class mini-bulk and large bulk deliveries to our current and growing customer base. The Northstar Chemical team is committed to assisting Alumichem with delivery and blending services of select chemicals to their new customers in the U.S."
Alumichem's innovative solutions include projects that deliver clean drinking water in Ghana and advanced technologies that remove heavy metals from wastewater. Last December, the Danish-based company received the DI Handel Initiative Award 2024.
