Centre Partners acquires Captain D’s Seafood and affiliated entities

Centre Partners has acquired Captain D's Seafood and affiliated entities ("Captain D's" or "the Company"). This is Centre Partners' second move in partnering with Captain D's and its Chief Executive Officer Phil Greifeld, confirmed a press release. Moreover, Sentinel Capital Partners announced the sale of its portfolio company.

Captain D's was founded in 1969 and headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee. It serves a wide variety of fish and seafood. Including freshly prepared entrees, and the company's signature hand-battered fish fillets prepared to order. Captain D's system includes 545 restaurants.

Firstly, Bruce Pollack, Managing Partner of Centre Partners, said; "With its differentiated menu of craveable seafood, Captain D's provides a unique value proposition to its customers. We look forward to supporting Phil and the team as they seek to significantly expand the business."
