Seafood wholesaler and processor Songlilai Trading Enterprise, along with its subsidiary Junshin Sushi, which specializes in food service and catering, have been certified by DNV under the MSC and ASC Chain of Custody (CoC) standard.
This standard, awarded during a ceremony at Seafood Expo Asia in Singapore, recognizes the traceability of seafood products back to a certified sustainable source — either an MSC-certified fishery or an ASC-certified farm.
It also ensures that every stage of the supply chain, up to the final consumer, is clearly and accurately identifiable. In doing so, it provides transparency and builds consumer trust in the sustainability of these products.
