The Norwegian company Aquaservice has hired Eivind Ove Sætre as its new Sales Manager to oversee the company's water treatment projects for the aquaculture industry.

Aquaservice specializes in engineering and solutions using high-density polyethylene (HDPE). Since 1985, it has manufactured products such as self-cleaning filters, UV systems, Aquatrans valves, service barges, underwater pipelines, and more, from a production facility of over 12,000 m².

Previously, Sætre was the Maintenance Manager at Sandella, a Norwegian company that produces cold-moulded flexible polyurethane foam. He has also held leadership positions at Ekornes, Aursnes AS, and the Møre og Romsdal County Council.

Regarding his hiring, he said: "I look forward to working at the exciting company Aquaservice, with a pleasant, energetic, and knowledgeable team and good, solid products. I hope that with my experience and knowledge, I will be able to contribute significantly to even greater growth in the company in the years to come."

Additionally, Managing Director, Asgeir Skogstad, noted: "We are delighted to announce that Eivind has now joined the team. He is a great guy who will fit right in here with us, and he has the experience and energy that will be important for us in the exciting times ahead."

In August, Aquaservice announced its expansion into the UK with the opening of its new headquarters in Chinnor, Oxfordshire. The new facility features modern office space, warehouse operations, and a dedicated technical support and commissioning centre.
