Geoff Cormack new Director of Profand UK

Profand Group announced the appointment of Geoff Cormack as Director of Profand UK. The former Mowi and Miralex executive will lead the expansion of the Spanish group in the United Kingdom.

Profand Group announced the appointment of Geoff Cormack as Director of Profand UK. The executive, a seafood industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience, was the creator of Morpol UK and, most recently, Milarex UK. Cormack has also held senior commercial and innovation roles at Marine Harvest VAP, now Mowi Consumer Products. In his new role, he will be responsible for leading Profand's UK operations and driving growth in the market.

Moisés Rodríguez, General Manager of Profand Group, also expressed his satisfaction with the signing. "Geoff is a highly experienced seafood professional with a proven track record of business development. He is the ideal person to lead our UK operations and drive growth in the market", he said.

Cormack, who will be based at Profand's offices in Aberdeen, UK, will start in his new position next week at Barcelona Seafood Expo Global/Seafood Processing Global 2023.
