The largest Russian company in the commercial aquaculture sector, PJSC INARCTICA, has announced that Sergey Limarenko, who previously held the position of First Deputy General Director, has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer.

In 2024, Limarenko joined the company as First Deputy General Director. Previously, he worked at United Wagon Company, first as Deputy General Director of Finance and later as General Director. He also served as Director of Economics at TransContainer and worked at the Moscow Bank.

The Russian company has been led for 10 years by Ilya Sosnov, who will continue working as an advisor and focus on the development of areas for the production of fingerlings and feed. He will also remain a shareholder of Inarctica.

Regarding this promotion, the Board of Directors Chairwoman, Ekaterina Chernova, commented: "Inarctica has entered a new stage of development after significantly strengthening vertical integration over the past three years."

Inarctica has launched its own fingerling production in Russia and is building a plant for fish feed production. The company plans to double its production in the medium term to reach 60,000 tons, which entails further development of all facilities and services.
