A Norwegian district court has rejected the salmon farmer's case, but Mowi may mount further legal action following Norway's tax authority decision, expected later this year.
"The time is ripe to assess how our Feed division will be organised in the future," said Mowi CEO Ivan Vindheim, announcing strategic review to assess "all available options, including a sale".
