Kraken Robotics Inc. has announced that Peter A. Hunter has been appointed Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors. He joined Kraken's Board in November of 2023.
Also, Hunter is the founder, Chairman, and Managing Partner of Boston-based equity firm Artemis Capital Partners, L.P. He has expertise in strategic growth, structuring of multi-stakeholder strategies corporate governance, and organizational planning.
Moreover, he served for 3 years as the Chairman of Hydroid, LLC, where he dealt with subsea technology operations.
Regarding this appointment, Kraken’s President and CEO and Director Greg Reid said: "In his short time on the Kraken Board, Peter has added very valuable experience and perspective.
