BEWI has released its latest results for the fourth quarter and the full year 2025, highlighting an increase in both net sales and adjusted EBITDA in both periods.
Already in the Q3 2025 results presentation, CEO Christian Bekken stated that the company was achieving volume growth across all segments and had recorded its highest EBITDA since 2022.
During the fourth quarter, net sales reached €197.2 million, up 3% compared to Q4 2024, while adjusted EBITDA increased 10%, reaching €21.0 million. In addition, net sales for 2025 grew 3%, reaching €796.2 million, while adjusted EBITDA increased 12%, totaling €81.7 million.
The fastest-growing segment is 'Packaging & Components', with sales up 13% and adjusted EBITDA increasing 25% compared to Q4 2024. 'Insulation & Construction' recorded slightly higher volumes, particularly in the Nordic and Baltic countries, while the 'Circular' segment reported higher volumes and sales, along with a steady increase in recycled GPPS production.
Regarding these results, Bekken indicated: "2025 was a year of strategic and operational progress for BEWI. Entering the final quarter, we built on the positive momentum seen in previous quarters. This includes volume growth across segments and a solid increase in profitability, despite lower market prices and cautious building and construction markets."
Finally, the leading provider of packaging, components, and insulation solutions stated that it will continue its efforts to improve profitability, supported by further strategic and financial transactions.
"I would like to extend my sincere thank you to the employees across BEWI for their dedication throughout 2025. Their efforts enabled consistent improvements and strengthened market positions," he concluded.
