Catherine Clark is joining Clearwater Seafood’s MacDuff as Species Business Development Manager – King Scallop. She will be based in Mintlaw, Scotland. Before this, she was at Dawnfresh Seafoods for almost six years as an International Commercial Manager, amont others roles.

“To me there is no better food experience than sitting at the bar in Glasgow’s Crabshakk being served scallops with sage butter direct off the stove, so it’s a real dream to be working with this species, the future looks good!” stated in her Linkedin profile.
