Robin Pearl resigned in mid-November after a disagreement with a group of shareholders but has decided to confirm it now to make clear he has nothing to do with the current decisions in AMI.
This was stated by Glenn Cooke, CEO of Cooke Inc., after the news broke today that his company will acquire the Norwegian salmon giant's Atlantic Canada operations.
The appointee is Randy Fournier, a global executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience in complex, multi-site manufacturing and processing companies.
