The company has successfully initiated a pioneering palletized salmon shipping project at Santiago airport, which ends with the "box by box" loading system.
The salmon producer says strong biological conditions, high volumes and lower costs have driven growth, while its consumer products division enjoyed its "best-ever" quarter.
Organised by the Guild of Fine Food and recognised as a stamp of excellence, this is the first year that a fresh Scottish salmon fillet has received this award.
