Mark Doherty has served as John West's Commercial Director for the past six years.

John West has appointed Mark Doherty as the new Managing Director to lead all the company entities in UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, and export markets. He is succeeding Paul Stephenson who left the UK canned seafood giant last month.
During the last 6 years, Doherty was John West's Commercial Director. Previously, he has held a variety of positions in key account management and commercial roles.
Before his time in John West, which is part of Thai Union Group, he worked with several companies including Northern Foods, Nestlé, and Anheuser Busch.
Regarding this appointment, Thai Union Europe President Paul Reenan said: "I am delighted with the appointment of Mark as the new Managing Director for John West. It is a testament to his dedication and commitment to our business over 15 years."
