The aquaculture feed manufacturer's facilities in Myre and Karmøy, Norway, are now ready to supply local fish farmers with ASC-compliant feed.

In less than a year, the aquafeed company has achieved this certification at its production sites in Ecuador, Chile, and the United Kingdom.

"For Mowi, this is an important milestone and in line with our sustainability strategy," said the company's Chief Sustainability and Technology Officer, Catarina Martins.

Just a few days after BioMar Ecuador also achieved ASC Feed Certification and BioMar UK became the first feed production facility in the United Kingdom to obtain the same certification.
