A formal Japanese delegation will visit Norway in June as part of the country's national efforts to accelerate the deployment of blue carbon solutions.
The Japanese seafood company has already established salmon and trout farming operations in Denmark and is due to begin trials at its aquaculture business in Latvia.
Although it included participation of existing investor Tor Investment Management, the operation was led by funds managed by affiliates of Fortress Investment Group.
